Discuss a car or minivan with a driver for your own route. Your group size and luggage help determine a suitable vehicle. A scooter ride is another option: you travel as a passenger behind the driver. Share the starting point, duration, stops and luggage for that ride, and discuss helmet arrangements. The vehicle and price are agreed personally. The planner only provides rough distance and travel-time estimates for car journeys.

Explain who is coming and what makes a good day for your group. Would you like plenty of walking, a longer lunch or an early return to the hotel? Mention children’s ages and any requests concerning stairs, getting into a vehicle or a child seat. Have necessary facilities confirmed in advance.

Rafting, diving, workshops and cooking classes have their own operators and programmes. First check the activity’s start time, finish time and meeting point, and whether its ticket already includes transport. Then discuss how pickup and the return journey can fit with Resna. Request any extra stops separately. This helps avoid planning other visits into time already set aside for the activity.
Agree the price and travel-day details
Request a proposal for your actual route. Clarify whether the price is per vehicle or per person, the payment currency and what the agreed hours include. Discuss waiting, parking, tolls and possible extra time too. The price list gives euro prices with indicative rupiah amounts. The current proposal and your agreed details apply to your travel day.
